I need more vitamin D. This is the time of year when your limited reserves from the summer are running low or are already empty. Today I saw the sun. This is a big deal. It’s been grey, dark and rainy/snowy almost ever day since November. Maybe there has been one or two days in between with a sneak peak at the sun through the clouds but it’s a distant memory.

With the weather forecast for Copenhagen being a big scary grey fluffy cloud and a big question mark on it with 50% chance of rain, rain, rain for the week, the future doesn’t look so bright. But, this is to be expected in these parts of the world. No use complaining. All I can do is look forward to the piercing sunshine that will eventually peak through once every once in a while. If it’s not too bright and blinding, I just may be able to soak in a little vitamin D. Not likely, though. I guess I have to wait six months until I refuel or consider a hiatus to a warm tropical place like the Spanish Canary Islands or maybe even the Maldives.
